Hitech Instruments was established in 1981 to design, build and market gas analysers.  Since that time it has established itself as one of the leading suppliers of gas analysers into a wide range of industries and applications.  Its innovative designs have earned it an enviable reputation worldwide.  By designing a carefully thought-through range of products, eachs with a set of complementary options, analysers from a standard set of products can be found for most applications.

For those more unusual applications, their modular design approach enables easy development of custom designed solutions.  These vary from simple adaptations to complex multi-gas instruments.  Where required, custom designed sample conditioning systems can accompany the analysers.

Oxygen – O2  

Oxygen analysers, including oxygen sensor equipment use either zirconia (Z range), galvanic (G range) or by our maintenance free thermal conductivity (katharometer K range)

Hydrogen – H2

Hydrogen gas detector analyzer range use either our maintenance free thermal conductivity (katharometer K range) or flammable gas (F range) sensors

Hydrogen Sulphide – H2S

Hydrogen Sulphide gas analyser uses a long life electrochemical sensor

Helium – He

Helium gas analyzer range use our thermal conductivity sensor (katharometer)

Chlorine – Cl2

Chlorine monitors range uses either our maintenance free thermal conductivity (katharometer K range), or electrochemical (T range) sensors

Argon – Ar

Argon gas analyser (Ar) range uses our thermal conductivity sensor (katharometer)

Methane – CH4

Methane analyser range of monitor and meters use either our maintenance free thermal conductivity (katharometer K range), infrared (IR range) or flammable gas (F range) sensors

Ammonia – NH3

Ammonia gas analyzer and toxic analyser range uses either thermal conductivity (K range) electrochemical (T range) or flammable gas sensor (F range) to produce highly accurate results

Carbon Dioxide – CO2

Carbon Dioxide analyser (CO2) gas analyser and emissions control meters uses either our thermal conductivity sensor (katharometer), or infrared sensor

Carbon Monoxide – CO

Carbon Monoxide gas monitor range use one of four measurement methods - Our maintenance free thermal conductivity sensor (katharometer, K range), infrared (IR range), electrochemical (T range) or flammable gas sensor (F range)

Freons – various

Freon gas analyser range uses our thermal conductivity sensor (katharometer)

Hydrogen & Chlorine – H2 & Cl2

The requirement to accurately monitor hydrogen when electrolysing brine (NaCl) to produce chlorine and sodium hydroxide is crucial

Krypton – Kr

Krypton gas analyser / monitor range use our thermal conductivity sensor (katharometer)

Neon – Ne

Neon analyser range sensors and meters uses our thermal conductivity sensor (katharometer)

Nitric Oxide – NO

Nitric Oxide analyzer range use either our maintenance free thermal conductivity (katharometer K range), or electrochemical (T range) sensors

Nitrogen – N2

Nitrogen gas analyser range use our thermal conductivity sensor (katharometer)

Nitrogen Dioxide – NO2
